1. Sign-ups will close on Sept. 19th.
2. Clubs, whose members who don't show up or cancel at the last minute will not be asked back to help. We will look for someone to replace. These actions will affect our club's reputation.
3. On the form, DO NOT to add lines or delete names.
4. Do not cancel after Spetember 19th, or you must replace yourself!
